Wellness Pit Stop 101

Welcome at the Wellness Pit Stop!

Over the course of 5 weeks we will look at the 10 Dimensions of Wellness together.

Week 1: Physical Wellness and Nutritional Wellness

Week 2: Emotional Wellness and Intellectual Wellness

Week 3: Spiritual and Creative Wellness

Week 4: Social and Environmental Wellness

Week 5: Occupational and Financial Wellness

Each week, you will find 2 fun sheets to check in with yourself and quickly assess the dimensions of wellness.

Each week on Friday at 9.00am Pacific Time, we will meet to discuss the dimensions of wellness and share our aha's. (To honor Good Friday, we will meet on Thursday, April 6 in week 5).
